Surgery
Nose
reshaping is performed by discretely modifying the underlying
skeleton bone and cartilage of the nose.
The general aim behind a successful nose surgery (rhinoplasty)
is that it creates a "natural" look rather than an "operated"
or "modelled" look no matter how great the operative
changes may be.
The
procedure is most often carried out under general anaesthesia
in hospital. Following the procedure, a splint will be applied
on the nose bridge and must remain in place for one week.

Some
swelling and bruising is likely to occur around the eyelids this
gradually subsides after a week. During this period the patient
will experience very little or no pain.
