- 10% deposit with booking.
- Payment must be received in full - 14 days before surgery.
How do I book?

Contact us to set a target date for treatment; we will confirm
that the date is available.
- Complete and return a pre surgery questionnaire, which we can
post to you or it may be found on our download page.
- We then dispatch a confirmation letter explaining your full
itinerary.
